This upgrade will happen behind the scenes, causing no disruption to your current service or benefits. It’s primarily focused on improving our network and systems for a smoother experience for you. Are you ready to welcome a fresh, updated look for TAG Mobile?

What should I do now?

Great news! There’s no need to take any steps during the upgrade. We’ll be sending you a new username and password to log in. Once you receive them, simply sign in, update your password to something memorable, and start exploring all the new features!

However, to enhance your experience with the new platform, TAG Mobile will be sending you a new SIM card after the upgrade is complete.

Please note that there will be a temporary service interruption while we switch your current SIM card to the new one. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause; these steps are necessary for a smooth transition to the upgraded platform. TAG Mobile appreciates your understanding, we’re working hard to minimize downtime, and the upgraded platform will be well worth the short wait.

How can I keep my current phone number?

As part of the upgrade process, TAG Mobile will be switching to a better carrier to support the new platform. This will result in two options for your phone number.

  1. Keep Your Current Phone Number: If your current phone number is compatible with our new carrier, it will remain the same during the porting process to the new SIM card. Once you receive the new SIM card, simply activate it following the usual instructions.

  2. Get a New Phone Number: Some phone numbers may not be compatible with the new carrier. In such cases, you will be provided with a new phone number with a new SIM card. However, you can still keep your current phone number! If you’d like to do so, please contact our Customer Support team after you receive the new SIM card. They will assist you with porting your number over.
